Yeast is ideal for fermenting sugar mash. It has an optimal and balanced complex of nutrients and enzymes. One package weighing 520 g is designed for preparing up to 200 liters of mash.

Recipe

The yeast package is designed for 200 liters of mash. To prepare mash, you need to dissolve 50 kg of sugar in 170 liters of water, then add the contents of the package (520 g) and mix. Loosely cover the container with a lid to allow carbon dioxide to escape. The fermentation period is 2-5 days. The recommended fermentation temperature is 20-25°C. You can increase the volume of water and/or sugar, which may also increase the fermentation time. It is recommended not to exceed the hydromodulus (ratio of water to sugar) of 3.5 l/kg. Do not place the container with the wort near a heat source to prevent overheating.
