Due to a unique formula that combines a high concentration of active alcohol yeast and a large amount of nutrients, 6 kg of sugar can be fermented to 14% ABV in just 24 hours. This allows for a significant reduction in fermentation time.
Recipe
To prepare the wort, take a container with a volume of 28 liters or more and sterilize it. Pour 21 liters of drinking water into the container, add sugar or dextrose in the amount indicated in the table, and stir until completely dissolved. Then open the packet of yeast and pour its contents into the container. Mix thoroughly. Wait until the fermentation process stops completely. Approximate fermentation time and temperature conditions are indicated in the table. Do not place the container with the wort near a heat source to prevent overheating. Loosely close the lid to allow carbon dioxide to escape. There is no need to use a water seal.
