SHAFFER Fruit Turbo

The unique formula, which combines a large portion of active alcohol yeast and nutrients, allows you to quickly ferment 6 kg of sugar or glucose to a strength of 14% in a day.

Recipe

To prepare the wort, take a container with a volume of 28 liters or more and sterilize it. Pour 25 liters of fruit and berry juice into the container. If the resulting juice has low sugar content, you can add dextrose or fructose. This will increase the strength of the mash. Then open the packet of yeast and pour its contents into the container. Mix thoroughly. Wait until the fermentation process stops completely. Approximate fermentation time and temperature conditions are indicated in the table. Do not place the container with the wort near a heat source to prevent the wort from overheating. There is no need to use a water seal. Before distillation, the wort must be clarified. To do this, let the wort sit for several days, then slowly pour off the clear liquid without disturbing the sediment into another container. The clarified wort is ready for distillation.
