A universal strain of alcohol turbo yeast designed for sugar mash. Capable of processing 6 kg of sugar or dextrose to reach a strength of 14% in 48 hours, and it also allows you to obtain alcohol with a strength of up to 21% by processing 9 kg of starting materials.

Recipe

To prepare the wort, take a container with a volume of 28 liters or more and sterilize it. Then pour 21 liters of drinking water into the container, add sugar or dextrose in the amount indicated in the table, and stir until completely dissolved. Next, open the packet of yeast and pour its contents into the container. Mix thoroughly. Wait until the fermentation process is complete. Approximate fermentation time and temperature conditions are indicated in the table. Do not place the container with the wort near a heat source to prevent the wort from overheating. Loosely close the lid to allow carbon dioxide to escape. There is no need to use a water seal.
