The strain is designed for fermenting sugar mash. Ideal for making high-quality vodka. The yeast has a high degree of alcohol resistance and is unaffected by external conditions, ensuring the quality of the final product.
Recipe
To prepare the wort, take a container with a volume of 28 liters or more and sterilize it. Pour 21 liters of drinking water into the container, add sugar or dextrose in the amount indicated in the table, and stir until completely dissolved in the water. Then open the packet of yeast and pour its contents into the container. Mix thoroughly. Wait until the fermentation process stops completely. Approximate fermentation time and temperature conditions are indicated in the table. Do not place the container with the wort near a heat source to prevent the wort from overheating. Close the lid loosely to allow carbon dioxide to escape. There is no need to use a water seal.
